Administrators have the opportunity to change the location of appointments in bulk with the Bulk Edit Appointments feature.

  1. Go to Calendar and choose Bulk Edit Appointments
  2. Select the original location and room of the appointments you wish to change from the the drop down options up top.
  3. Click Search
  4. Choose individual appointments by marking the box next to the desired appointment or choose the box up top to select/deselect all. 
  5. Click on Edit Selected Appointments
  6. The original or current location will show on the left. Choose the new location and room selection of the appointment on the right. 
  7. Click Update Appointments  

Notes:

  1. You cannot edit past appointments in Bulk Edit.
  2. If an appointment is tied to an invoice or signed progress note it will not be able to be selected for a Bulk Edit change.
  3. Only Staff with Administrator level permissions will be able to use Bulk Edit.
