Summary

Marking an appointment as Rescheduled will keep the original appointment’s spot on the calendar. You’ll have the option to create a new appointment or tie the rescheduled appointment to an existing appointment. Either way the upcoming appointment and rescheduled appointments will be interlinked.

You can mark an appointment as Rescheduled from the Agenda, Calendar and the client’s Appointment page.

From the Agenda:

1a. Click on the Change status button next to an appointment. Change the Status drop-down to Rescheduled.

2a. Select an existing Upcoming Appointment from the drop-down. Or create a new appointment by clicking the bubble to the left of “ Or select time to reschedule to” and enter the new appointment details.

3a. Click Save.

From the Calendar:

1b. Double click the appointment to open it. Change the Status drop-down to Rescheduled.

2b. Select an existing Upcoming Appointment from the drop-down. Or create a new appointment by clicking the bubble to the left of “ Or select time to reschedule to” and enter the new appointment details.
