Client Not Receiving Reminders Anymore
If a client responds with Stop, CANCEL, or UNSUSCRIBE then the client will no longer receive the text message reminders. The client can reactivate the text message reminders by texting Start to the unique reminder phone number.
If appointments are rescheduled, it's important to use the "Rescheduled" appointment status on the original appointment, leave it where it was, then create a new appointment for the new date/time. If an appointment is dragged and dropped to a new date/time and the reminder went out for the original date/time, the reminder will not go out for the drag and drop date/time.
You will be notified if a client confirms or cancels an appointment on your Agenda or you can check your clients' Reminder Log to see if a client cancels or confirms. You can see a client's Reminders Log by going to Client > Details > Reminder Log tab.
If a client responds with anything other than a "1" or "2" to confirm or cancel, the Agenda will not register the reminder confirmation. You can check your clients' Reminder Log to see if a client cancels or confirms with additional text characters. You can see a client's Reminders Log by going to Client > Details > Reminder Log tab

Circle check = Appointment confirmed via a SMS or phone reminder
Paper airplane = Appointment reminder successfully sent via a SMS or phone reminder
Triangle warning = A SMS or phone appointment reminder was not delivered
X circle = Appointment cancelled via a SMS or phone reminder
