After a client has created an appointment with the staff member in the client portal the appointment will appear in the Unconfirmed Appointment page in TheraNest.
The therapist can confirm the client's appointment by clicking Unconfirmed Appointments.
Click Confirm to confirm the client’s appointment or Decline if the appointment is not for an appropriate time.
If you Decline a client's appointment you can include a message as to why you are declining the appointment.
The appointment will then show as Declined and will be highlighted in Red.
