TheraNest allows for you to add credit to a client's ledger. You can apply the credit to invoices as needed.
- Go to a client's ledger
2. Click Accept Payment
3. Enter the amount of the payment in the total amount field.
If you're applying this payment to invoices and know you will have a credit (left over money), a yellow banner will appear alerting you that you're creating a credit and the amount of that credit.
If you're creating a credit and do not wish to apply any of they payment to the invoice then simply do not check any of the invoice boxes below the payment options. You'll still receive a yellow banner alerting you that a credit is being created and the amount of that credit. Click Save
4. See Client's Ledger updated with Client Credit amount.
