TheraNest allows for you to accept client signature on Intake forms. However, there are some workarounds needed for specific tasks.
Accepting a Signature for Intake Forms on the Client Portal
All intake forms marked "yes" on the Client Portal will be available to clients to fill out. At the end of the process they have the ability to review and make changes to their forms. At the very bottom of the review process is a signature box. Under the signature it clearly states that the signature will be applied to ALL information contained in the intake forms.
There is not a way to include an electronic signature on each intake form in the Client Portal; however, you can edit each intake form to include mandatory client acknowledgement such as client initials and date. This would be using the Text Box Custom Form element.
