Custom Forms are a great way to gather information from your clients. To do this ahead of appointments you can make publish your Custom Forms in the Client Portal.
Go to Custom Forms > Manage All
You should see "Copy to Client Portal" button. Click button.
These forms will now be included with intake forms for the Client Portal for new clients.
