One advantage of subscribing to TheraNest's Client Portal is the ability to create custom Intake Forms. If you need to save a blank copy of your Intake Forms to your computer, follow the steps bellow.

1. Click Organization > Client Portal. 

2. Then click on the 4th tab labeled Intake Forms.

3. To download all Intake Forms click Print All.

4. All Intake Forms will open in a new tab on your web browser. Right Click on the intake forms and choose Save As.

5. Choose the File Name and Location of your document. Click Save.

To only download certain Intake Forms, click Print next to the desired form.

Then repeat steps 4 and 5.
