When you add a client to TheraNest the date you add them automatically becomes the intake date. The intake date cannot be blank and this is why that date is automatically assigned. Follow the steps below to change the intake date.
You must have Therapist or Administrative permissions to change the intake date.
- Search for client in the Client Search Bar in the header
- Click on Details under the Actions column
- Click on the Additional Details tab
- It's the first field at the top that you will be able to change. You can change it to a past or future date.
- Click Save
