Only staff members with Billing Permissions will be able to view payment history and print receipts. Credit Card Refund receipts must be printed from the Credit Card Charges report. 

  1. Click on Clients in the main navigation bar
  2. Search for your desired client. 
  3. Click on the Details button next to the desired client.


 
 
 3) Go to Reports tab > Payment History.


 
 At this time you can see the client's payment history details where you can edit, print the payment history and receipts.
 
 4) Click Print Payment History to print all payment receipts for the Date Range filtered.
 


 
 
 5) Click Print Receipt to print individual payment receipts.
