Therapist can only view the appointment history for clients they are assigned to if the box "Can only view assigned clients" is marked on their permissions. 

Default/Admin can access the complete appointment history for any client

Access Appointment History

  1. Using the search bar in the global navigation search for your desired client.
  2. Click on the Details button next to the desired client
  3. On the sidebar menu click Appointments
  4. Adjust the desired appointment date range and your list will update
