Permissions

Any user can schedule an appointment with multiple staff members. 

Schedule Appointment with Multiple Staff Members

  1. From the agenda click on the green add appointment icon
  2. Fill in your client or event name in the Event or Client field
  3. Select your Service Type.
  4. Where it says Staff Member in the appointment window you'll see to the far right there is a button that says Multi Staff. Click that button.
  5.  The Staff Member field will change to Staff Members. Click into the field to select multiple staff members. When you're finished selecting your staff members click outside of the field to remove the drop down.
  6. Complete rest of the appointment information.
  7. Click save.

The appointment will show on all included staff members' calendars.
