Any user can reschedule an appointment.

Before You Begin

Marking an appointment as Rescheduled will keep the original appointment’s spot on the calendar. You’ll have the option to create a new appointment or tie the rescheduled appointment to an existing appointment. Either way the upcoming appointment and rescheduled appointments will be interlinked.

You can mark an appointment as Rescheduled from the Agenda or Calendar.

From the Agenda

  1. Click Edit Status in the status column of the event card.
  2. Click on the current status to show a dropdown menu. Click Rescheduled.
  3. You'll have two options to reschedule this appointment. Either link it to an existing upcoming appointment or create a new date/time to schedule. Mark the bubble for the appropriate option and make your appointment selections.
  4. Click Save.

From the Calendar:

  1. Double click the appointment to open it. 
  2. Click on the current status to show a dropdown menu. Click Rescheduled.
  3. You'll have two options to reschedule this appointment. Either link it to an existing upcoming appointment or create a new date/time to schedule. Mark the bubble for the appropriate option and make your appointment selections.
  4. Click Save and Reschedule Appointment.
  5. Click Close.

The upcoming appointment will include a link back to the original appointment that you rescheduled. The rescheduled appointment will also include a link to the new appointment.
