Every user has control over their own preferences.

Show Only Initials

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the global navigation bar
  2. Click Calendar Preferences from the dropdown menu.
  3. Edit your General Preferences by marking the box to show only client initials in the Calendar and staff email alerts.
  4. Click Save Preferences.

Client appointments will only show the client's initials and not their names. The Recently Viewed Clients list on the calendar page will also only show the client initials. Group appointments will still show the full group name.
