Permissions

Administrators can remove signatures from certain notes and initial assessments.

Before You Begin

If you're a supervisor and you've already approved a colleagues note or assessment you will not be able to remove that signature. Look out for this setting on a staff's permissions.

PROGRESS NOTES

  1. Open the Progress Note that you want to remove the signature for
  2. Click Remove All Signatures at the top of the note to remove the electronic signature.
  3. Confirm that you would like to remove the signature by clicking Yes I'm Sure.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT FORM

  1. Click the Initial Assessment & Diagnostic Codes tab in the clients case.
  2. Click Remove All Signatures at the top of the note to remove the electronic signature.
  3. Confirm that you would like to remove the signature by clicking Yes I'm Sure.
