Users with Organization Administration rights can add referrals. This is separate from Insurance Referrals. This is more of a  "how did you hear about me..." type of referral 

  1. Click on Organization in the primary navigation bar.
  2.  You will be navigated to the Settings tab. Click the Referral Sources tab.
  3. Add a referrer in the text field and click Save.

End Result: The referrer will now appear in the drop down list on the client details page.

Add as many referrers as you would like: Facebook, Twitter, Radio, Dr. John Doe, etc. If you archive a referral you will not be able to unarchive them.

To get a report on referral activities, you can go to Reports > Referrals > Referrers or Reports > Referrals > Referral Source Analytics.
