TheraNest defaults to U.S. Central Time Zone. If you do not live or see patients in this time zone you must manually change it.
Users must have Administrator access to change the Time Zone for your organization. Follow the steps below to change your organization's time zone.
- Click Organization from the primary navigation bar.
- Scroll a little to Time Zone and select the appropriate zone.
- Click the Save Changes button to the right of the screen.
The page will refresh.
- The Time Zone you set will apply to all members of your organization's TheraNest account.
- Time Zone applies to all timed activity on TheraNest including the Calendar, appointment times, and timestamps on Notes.
- All existing appointments will automatically shift to reflect the updated Time Zone.
