Organization Administrators can enroll in credit card processing if not already and turn on credit card processing for the client portal.

Before You Begin

Before you can activate the client self-pay feature in your Client Portal, you'll first need to set up credit card processing in TheraNest. This article will walk you through setting this up. If you're already setup, then follow the steps below.

The assigned staff member and administrator will receive notifications of the online payments.

Enable Online Bill Pay

  1. Click on Organization in the primary navigation bar
  2. In the sidebar menu click on Client Portal. Make sure you're on the settings tab.
  3. Switch the toggle to On for "Allow Payments Through Client Portal"
