If you're going to be out of the office for a few hours, a day, or weeks it's good to add those blocks of time to your calendar. Follow the steps below.
Any user can add an event (non-client appointment) to the calendar.
- From the Agenda click on the green add appointment icon
- In the box where you usually add a client you'll add your event name instead. Examples include: out of office, vacation, appointment etc. Leave the field, Service Type, blank
- Click Save
You are now considered booked for that time and no one else will be able to book you.
