If you're going to be out of the office for a few hours, a day, or weeks it's good to add those blocks of time to your calendar. Follow the steps below.

Permissions

Any user can add an event (non-client appointment) to the calendar.

Add Event

  1. From the Agenda click on the green add appointment icon
  2. In the box where you usually add a client you'll add your event name instead. Examples include: out of office, vacation, appointment etc. Leave the field, Service Type, blank
  3. Click Save

You are now considered booked for that time and no one else will be able to book you.
