Permissions

You must have Billing permissions to remove a stored credit card.

To remove a client's stored credit card follow the steps below:

  1. Search for client in the global navigation search bar.
  2. Click on the Details button where you'll be navigated to the client's profile page.
  3. Click on the Bill to & Insurance Info Tab.
  4.  See card details and click the X next to the ones you need to remove.
  5. Confirm you want to delete the card 
  6.  Click Save Billing Info.
