You must have Therapist or Administrative permissions to change the intake date. 

When you add a client to TheraNest the date you add them automatically becomes the intake date. The intake date cannot be blank and this is why that date is automatically assigned. Follow the steps below to change the intake date. 

Before You Begin

If you already created and signed notes before you change the intake date. Those notes will show the original intake date since TheraNest cannot alter signed notes. The new intake will be on notes going forward. 

Change Intake Date

  1. Navigate to your desired client's details page
  2. Click the Additional Details tab
  3. It's the first field at the top that you will be able to change. You can change it to a past or future date.
  4. Click the green Save button.
