At this time the start and end times of Telehealth sessions are located in your Organization's Activity Log. Only TheraNest users with admin level permissions can access the Activity Log.
- Click on Organization from the primary menu bar
- Click on Activities from the side menu
- Set your date range (it will default to today's date only)
- Choose a staff member from the Staff dropdown if so desired. This will only show actions related to that staff member in the date range set.
- Click in the Actions: Select Telehealth Session Started, Telehealth Session Ended
- Click Search
You then can search for a particular client using the search bar in the results window. Also you can export to CSV or PDF.
