Some appointments on the calendar show as "billed" others do not. 

Why the green "Billed" tag?

When using TheraNest correctly users will create invoices for appointments created in TheraNest. 

The green billed tag you see on your appointments let you know that you have successfully created an invoice for that appointment. Doesn't mean you've submitted it to insurance or emailed it to the client. It means you followed the preferred workflow of TheraNest and created an invoiced linked to an appointment.
