Resend forms to give your clients a push or a reminder to fill out forms you've already sent them. Also, can send forms for clients to complete again if information was incorrect or missing.  


TheraNest users with Administrator access have the ability to resend intake forms to clients. 

Before You Begin

You will not be able to resend, revoke or share new forms with clients who have NOT created their client portal account yet. You can resend the client portal invite with re-selected forms if you need to replace the forms sent with the initial portal invite.

Resend Forms

  1. Navigate to the client's General Documents tab
  2. Scroll down to the Shared Forms section. 
  3. Click Resend next to the forms you want to send. You can mark the boxes to the left of the forms to select multiple form packets at once. 
  4. Look over/edit notification message to Client 
  5. Click Preview Message
  6. Click Share Intake Forms
  7. Your email notification will be sent to the client to alert them to fill out the forms.
