TheraNest users with Administrator access have the ability to resend intake forms to clients. This is a great tool to use if you need to give your clients a push or a reminder to fill out forms.
- Navigate to the client's General Documents tab
- Scroll down to the Shared Forms section.
- Click Resend next to the forms you want to send. You can mark the boxes to the left of the forms to select multiple form packets at once.
- Look over/edit notification message to Client
- Click Preview Message
- Click Share Intake Forms
- Your email notification will be sent to the client to alert them to fill out the forms.
