TheraNest users with Administrator access have the ability to send new or additional intake forms to clients once they've completed their original intake form packet. This is a great tool if you need to send your clients forms throughout treatment.
- Navigate to the client's General Documents tab
- Scroll down to the Shared Forms section.
- Click Share New Forms
- Mark the box next to the forms you wish to send on the right. You may include a customized message to the client as well in this window.
- Click Preview Message
- Click Share Intake Forms
- Your email notification will be sent to the client to alert them to fill out the forms.
