When completing the enrollment survey within TheraNest you'll see that a lot of information pulls in automatically including your providers and their NPI. If the provider does NOT pull in or appear in the drop down this is because they are missing a 10-digit NPI on their staff profile.
To correct follow the steps below:
- Go to Staff in the primary navigation bar
- Click on View Details next to the staff member who should have an NPI
- Fill out the 10-digit NPI number on the staff details page
- Click Save
Result: Return to enrollment survey to see the provider.
