The Organization Administrator can enable secure messaging. 

Before You Begin

You must be subscribed to the client portal to send secure messages.

Enable Secure Messaging for Organization

  1. Click on Organization in the primary navigation bar
  2. In the sidebar menu click Client Portal. Make sure you're on the Settings tab.
  3. Next to the setting "Allow secure messaging through Client Portal" switch the toggle so it shows as "Turned On"
