You need the Billing permissions to view the reason your claim has failed.
Before You Begin
This is applicable for Apex claims only. We cannot see the claim status of other clearinghouses in TheraNest.
Find Rejection Reason
- Click on Billing in the primary navigation bar.
- In the sidebar menu click Claims.
- Click on the Rejected/Denied tab.
- Click the Download Claim Status Report link.
- Open the claim status report on your computer.
- In the claim status report the rejection reason will show in the Status Details column.
