An invoice will still show the status of "In Progress" when the claim itself hasn't been updated. 

Permissions

You must have Billing permissions with the ability to submit claims to update a claim status. 

Update Claim Status

  1. If you're viewing the invoice on the ledger you can actually click on the status of In Progress. You will then be navigated to the Submitted tab of the claims section. 

Non-Apex Users: 

  1. Find your claim on this page and click the Update Status button. 
  2. Choose Paid/Processed from the dropdown menu. 
  3. Your claim will move to that tab in the claim process and the invoice will update on your clients ledger. 

Apex Users

  1. In the Claims section of TheraNest click on the Accepted tab. 
  2. Find your claim and click on the Update Status button. 
  3. Choose Paid/Processed from the dropdown menu. 
  4. Your claim will move to that tab in the claim process and the invoice will update on your clients ledger.
