Subscriber and subscriber ID not found. Member not found. 

What you need to do

The name and or ID of the client was not found by this insurance. Please verify:

  1. Client's name - make sure what is on the claim matches what the insurance company has. 

  2. Client ID - double check the ID number on the client's card. 

  3. The payer ID - make sure you are sending these claims to the correct electronic payer ID. You can double check the payer ID for this insurance here (insert payer ID article)

Make corrections and resubmit the claim.
