You must have Billing Permissions to view processed ERAs

View Processed ERAs

Once payments are marked as processed on the ERA Received tab they move to the Paid/Processed tab. The Paid/Processed tab will show all ERA payments that were processed as well as all claims that have been fully paid. 

  1. Click on Billing in the primary navigation bar.
  2. In the sidebar navigation click, Claims. It helps to minimize the sidebar menu after this step. 
  3. Click the Paid/Processed tab. 
  4. Click the Customize Grid option and mark the box for ERA File Name.
  5. You then can search the ERA File Name for the ERA you're looking for. 
  6. Next to any payment you can click the actions button to take your desired action.
