Any user subscribed to Telehealth or the Admin can convert appointments.
Before You Begin
Make sure the staff member is subscribed to Telehealth.
*Recurring appointments cannot be converted to Telehealth appointments.*
- Navigate to the Calendar and find desired appointment.
- Double click on the appointment to edit.
- Mark the box for Telehealth Session.
- Click Save.
Appointment will now have a camera icon and a unique URL for the client.
