Any user subscribed to Telehealth or the Admin can convert appointments.

Before You Begin

Make sure the staff member is subscribed to Telehealth. 

*Recurring appointments cannot be converted to Telehealth appointments.*

Convert Appointment

  1. Navigate to the Calendar and find desired appointment.
  2. Double click on the appointment to edit. 
  3. Mark the box for Telehealth Session. 
  4. Click Save.

Appointment will now have a camera icon and a unique URL for the client.
