Assigned staff members will receive various email notifications alerting them of certain actions that were taken or need to be taken regarding a specific client.
Some of those emails will contain either client initials or the client's full name depending on the notification.
To make it so that all email notifications show only client initials follow the steps below:
- Navigate and click on your Name in the top right hand corner of TheraNest
- Choose My Profile
- Click on the Preferences tab
- Mark the box to "Show only client initials on the calendar and Staff Email Alerts"
- Click Save
Client initials will now be shown on the calendar, recently viewed clients, and email notifications regarding the client.
