You can setup each client's file to send an automatic transaction receipt to the client's email when their credit card is processed in TheraNest.

In the client's Details, click the Bill To and Insurance Tab. Then check the box " Send credit card charges receipts to this email" and Save the page.

Clients will receive an email letting them know their payment was successful with an attachment of a payment receipt.  Below is an example of an Automatic Transaction Receipt sent to clients when their card is charged in TheraNest.
