To change the billing provider we must change the invoice.

  1. Go to the client's Ledger and find the desired invoice. 
  2. Click Select an Action next to the desired invoice
  3. Choose View Details

Clicking View Details opens the invoice up to be edited. 

4. Find the Insurance and Billing section of the invoice

As default the invoice will be marked to be billed under the Organization NPI

5. To bill under a specific staff member mark the box next to, "Bill with selected staff NPI?"
6. Choose the staff member from the drop down you wish to bill under.
7. Click save


*Note: This will be the default billing provider for the client going forward on each new invoice you create. You only have to do this setup once per client.
