At this time the start and end times of Telehealth sessions are located in your Organization's activity log. Only TheraNest users with admin level permissions can access the Activity Log.
- Go to Organization > Activities
- In the Actions bar search for Telehealth Session Started
- Also, in the Actions bar search for Telehealth Session Ended
- You can then filter on a particular staff member in the Staff drop down
- Set the date range you're looking for. The Activity Log goes as far back as 60 days.
- Click Search
You then can search for a particular client using the search bar in the results window. Also you can export to CSV or PDF.
