At this time the start and end times of Telehealth sessions are located in your Organization's activity log. Only TheraNest users with admin level permissions can access the Activity Log. 

  1. Go to Organization > Activities
  2. In the Actions bar search for Telehealth Session Started
  3. Also, in the Actions bar search for Telehealth Session Ended
  4. You can then filter on a particular staff member in the Staff drop down
  5. Set the date range you're looking for. The Activity Log goes as far back as 60 days. 
  6. Click Search

You then can search for a particular client using the search bar in the results window. Also you can export to CSV or PDF.
